Dans le cadre de son développement, notre client recherche un(e) Office Manager dynamique et organisé(e), véritable pilier du bon fonctionnement quotidien de l'entreprise.
Vos missions principales :
- Gérer l'agenda, les réunions et la correspondance de la Direction.
- Assurer la coordination administrative entre les différents départements.
- Superviser la logistique interne : bureaux, fournitures, prestataires, services généraux.
- Suivre les budgets de fonctionnement et les dépenses administratives.
- Participer à la gestion RH (suivi des absences, intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs, dossiers du personnel).
- Veiller à la bonne circulation de l'information et à une atmosphère de travail harmonieuse.
Profil recherché :
- Bac+3 à Bac+5 en gestion, administration ou équivalent.
- Expérience confirmée d'au moins 5 ans dans un poste similaire.
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (oral et écrit).
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Sens de l'organisation, rigueur, réactivité et esprit d'équipe.
