Facility Managers
pour la
Région de l'Oriental
.

Le
Facility Manager
aura pour mission de gérer la prestation FM du centre commercial dans un esprit d'excellence opérationnelle, de satisfaction client et d'optimisation des budgets.

Dans ce cadre, vous serez pleinement impliqué(e) sur les activités suivantes :

  • Veiller au respect des obligations légales et réglementaires par les intervenants,
  • Mettre en place des actions en matière de prévention, sécurité, hygiène et santé au travail,
  • Élaborer, faire approuver et appliquer les plans de prévention,
  • Assister le responsable sécurité dans ses opérations,
  • Veiller au respect du règlement intérieur du centre commercial,
  • Réaliser quotidiennement des rondes d'inspection des installations et locaux,
  • S'assurer que l'expérience client est irréprochable (Propreté, hygiène, confort, sanitaires, Food court, etc.),
  • Accompagner les preneurs dans les différentes étapes de leur installation,
  • Communiquer auprès des preneurs sur les interventions et changements,
  • Collaborer avec la Direction du centre pour mettre en œuvre la stratégie d'accueil et de services à la clientèle,
  • Apporter un support au marketing dans le déploiement des opérations marketing dans le centre commercial,
  • Elaborer les rapports d'exploitation du site,
  • Réaliser l'audit de pré-exploitation en faisant sortir les réserves et les non conformités,
  • Mettre en place et faire suivre les standards opérationnels sur le site,
  • Gérer les réclamations des clients internes et externes,
  • Participer à l'élaboration du budget CAPEX en proposant des travaux d'investissement,
  • Veiller à la maîtrise des coûts (consommation d'énergie, gestion des déchets, etc.),
  • Établir les cahiers des charges des prestations et les transmettre à la hiérarchie pour validation,

Profil recherché :

  • De formation Bac+5 - Ecoles d'Ingénieur, Master à dominance technique,
  • Expérience de 3/5 ans en en Facility Management,
  • Compétences en Facility Management,
  • Maîtrise des outils de gestion,
  • Capacité rédactionnelles (synthèses, rapports),
  • Maitrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, PowerPoint),
