Reporting to the Cluster IT Operations Manager, the site IT Operations engineer in Tangier is responsible to :
- Ensure daily operations of Information Systems used on site, on all technical aspects: infrastructure, networks, telephony, servers, backup & security, computers, software solutions.
- Deliver hands-on L1 support for end-users and serving as the first point of contact for local IT incidents and service requests.
- Deploy and support the locally managed IS solutions
- Support implementation of digital manufacturing projects on site (like Lighting MES AGW)
Required profile & experience:
•Bachelor in Science or equivalent combination of education, experience and skills
•IT certifications (Operating system, network…)
•Operational management of an IT infrastructure in industrial environment
•Rigor and organization skills
•Teamwork and communication skills
•Customer focus/ service attitude
