Description du poste
Nous recherchons des stagiaires en gestion administrative et financière pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de diverses tâches financières et administratives du quotidien, incluant la gestion des factures, le suivi des budgets et la préparation des rapports financiers. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes comptabilité et management pour garantir l'efficacité des processus internes. Ce stage est un rôle en présentiel basé à Mohammedia.
Qualifications
- Compétences administratives : Expérience en gestion des documents, organisation administrative, et suivi des dossiers.
- Compétences financières : Compréhension de la comptabilité de base, gestion des factures, et suivi budgétaire.
- Compétences collaboratives : Aptitude à travailler en équipe, bonne communication et compétences interpersonnelles.
- Compétences en logiciels : Maîtrise des outils bureautiques tels que Microsoft Office, notamment Excel et Word.
- Des qualifications supplémentaires appréciées incluent une formation en finance, comptabilité ou gestion, ainsi qu'une capacité à gérer des responsabilités multiples.
