Description du poste
Nous recherchons une Spécialiste des Ressources Humaines experimentée pour rejoindre notre équipe au Palais Jad Mahal.
Dans ce rôle à temps plein, vous serez en charge de la gestion quotidienne des ressources humaines, y compris la mise en œuvre des politiques RH, la gestion des avantages pour les employés et la gestion du personnel.
Vous devrez également soutenir les initiatives de développement des talents et assurer la conformité avec les réglementations du travail.
Ce poste est basé sur site à Marrakech.
Qualifications
- Compétences en Ressources Humaines (RH) : Expérience dans le domaine des ressources humaines et la gestion du personnel.
- Compétences en Gestion de RH : Capacités de gestion des politiques RH et de mise en œuvre des meilleures pratiques en matière de ressources humaines.
- Compétences en Avantages pour les Employés : Connaissance approfondie de la gestion des avantages et des prestations des employés.
- Compétences en Management du Personnel : Expérience dans la gestion des équipes et la résolution des conflits.
- D'autres qualifications appréciées incluent une bonne maîtrise des outils de gestion des RH tels que les systèmes d'information de gestion des ressources humaines (SIRH) et une compétence en communication organisationnelle.
