  • Assurer le suivi du planning
  • Gérer le personnel de l'équipe (salaires, évolutions, formations, habilitations…)
  • S'assurer de la possession des titres d'habilitation du personnel et assurer le suivi du tableau ILUO.
  • Gérer les indicateurs de l'équipe
  • Assurer la cohésion sociale en remplissant son rôle de liaison entre le top management et le personnel au terrain.
  • Animer les réunions d'informations
  • Echanger et remonter les informations
  • Coordonner avec les autres services
  • Faire respecter et respecter les exigences sécurité, qualité et environnement
  • Animer et participer au groupe de travail
  • Suivre les incidents qualité et assurer la réalisation du tri qui en résulte.
  • Réaliser les travaux de retouche.
  • Communiquer et afficher les incidents qualité.
  • Piloter les QRQC au niveau de l'unité autonome de production.
  • Assurer l'archivage des enregistrements de contrôle.
  • Veiller à la réalisation des tests de démarrage.
  • Veiller au bon fonctionnement et à la bonne utilisation du matériel
  • Veiller au respect des règles de sécurité et d'environnement
  • Mettre à disposition de son personnel les Equipements de Protections Individuelles adéquats et s'assurer de leur utilisation
  • Gérer les aspects environnementaux de son secteur (respect du tri sélectif des déchets, stockage sur rétention, gestion des déversements accidentels…)
  • Assurer l'ordre et la propreté
