  • Quality inspector team leader for the segment concerned
  • HOS (Hirschmann Operationnal system) et CIP (Continuous improvement process) (système 5S, système Kanban, stratégie Zéro défaut,8D.. etc)
  • Responsible for systematically informing and training the team of quality inspectors in the area concerned about customer specifications, in order to ensure that they are respected throughout the activity.
  • Handle non-conformities arising from customer audits, ensuring timely communication of action plans and findings.
  • Knowledge of quality norms and standards (IATF16949, VDA, Quality core tools, CSR,…)
  • Active participation in developing new projects and serial transfer
  • Support the production plant in quality improvements (product and process) through process audits, etc.
  • Knowledge of SAP, customer portals…
