The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
• Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming telephone, chat, mail, requests for assistance from clients
• Collect information and lead callers through diagnostic procedures to resolve customer inquiries.
• You will manage and resolve customer complaints in Arabic and English languages
• Hold online meetings with customers to demonstrate/ explain the product technicalities or to solve critical problems.
• Video/Blog tutorial creation
Who are you?
• You are fluent in Standard Arabic (written and spoken) and you have at least a B2 level of English
• Related experience (heavy phone work, reception, call center etc.)
• Experienced in using accounting software
• You have good organizational and time management skills
• You are a team player and a problem solver
• You have a positive attitude and good communication skills
• You are familiar with customer-care department operations
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office software (i.e.,
Word, Excel, etc.) and internet.
