Dans un contexte international où la gestion stratégique des talents et la performance RH sont des leviers majeurs de compétitivité, JTI (Japan Tobacco International) recherche un Rewards Associate GSC pour renforcer son équipe People & Culture au Maroc. Ce poste clé vise à assurer la gestion optimale de la paie, des programmes de mobilité et de l'administration du personnel, contribuant ainsi à l'excellence opérationnelle et au bien-être des collaborateurs.

Missions principales

  1. Paie (Payroll)

  2. Assurer le calcul et le versement des salaires pour tous les employés.

  3. Maintenir la conformité avec la législation et les politiques Rewards.
  4. Suivre les reportings mensuels et effectuer les déclarations fiscales annuelles.
  5. Gérer la paie des expatriés selon les politiques internationales.
  6. Superviser la relation avec le prestataire de paie externe.

  7. Préparer les offres d'emploi avec précision et rapidité.

  8. Programmes de mobilité (Mobility Programs)

  9. Gérer la mise en œuvre des programmes de mobilité : visas, permis de travail, logement, documents pour expatriés et familles.

  10. Assurer la conformité des programmes avec la législation locale et la politique interne.

  11. Administration du personnel (Personnel Admin)

  12. Préparer et suivre la documentation du personnel (dossiers employés, inscription aux institutions étatiques, carte santé, assurance privée).

  13. Maintenir et mettre à jour les données dans SAP / SuccessFactors.

  14. Budget et Reporting (Budget & Reporting)

  15. Exécuter le budget des coûts salariaux pour l'usine JTI Maroc.

  16. Analyser les écarts de coûts et gérer les systèmes spécifiques de l'usine (gestion du temps, etc.).
  17. Préparer et suivre tous les rapports RH locaux et régionaux.

Profil recherché

  • Diplôme universitaire en Sciences Sociales.
  • Minimum 1 an d'expérience en paie, un profil avec expérience financière est un plus.
  • Anglais courant.
  • Maîtrise avancée de MS Office et SAP.
  • Rigueur, discrétion et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
