Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Tanger-Tetouan-Al Hoceima, Morocco. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating new sales opportunities, managing customer accounts, providing excellent customer service, and training clients on product usage. The role includes developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing sales activities, and ensuring high customer satisfaction rates.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
  • Ability to provide effective Training programs
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
