Cash Management Specialist

Job purpose :

Performs daily assigned cash management operations such as (balance reporting, electronic receipts and payments, foreign exchange transactions, maintenance of accounts and other treasury services, etc.) in line with coficab's defined plolicies and procedures. Implements effectively end to end dunning process in line with predefined procedures.

Main responsibilities :

• Contributes in the development and update of procedures for treasury in order to enable accurate and timely revenue & payable accounting.

• Implements end to end dunning process to ensure effective receivables collection according to corporate collection policies. Follows up export bills clearance according to applicables local regulations

• Performs effectively and accurately tasks related to payment processing such as payment proposal preparation, verification, payement processing, withholding taxes certificates preparation and account payable documents archiving in line with defined procedures and rules

• Performs financial situation and cash flows analysis, identifies potential discreapencies and deviations and proposes accordingly improvement & corrective actions in line with the internal control system.

• Performs banks accounts reconciliations ( Payroll, O2C, P2P, Sundry),etc. Identifies & investigates differences and Proposes requiered actions to resolve according to defined procedures and applicable standards.

Educational Background:

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking or equivalent.

Required Experience :

• 1 to 2 years in Treasury management or relevant financial experience

Functional and Technical Competencies :

Banking regulations, Cash management, Treasury management, Capital and currency markets, Accounting, Internal control, Analytical and problem solving skills, data analysis, Reporting skills, Risk Management.

Good level in french & english is mandatory
