Our Pressure Management (PRM) portfolio includes pressure and safety relief valves and regulators to offer our clients solutions whatever their needs.The primary responsibility of the Inside Sales Application Engineer will be to provide quote and technical support to the MEA PRM sales channel (direct and representative) during the lead to order cycle with particular focus on aftermarket opportunities.The role is based at Emerson Automation Solution, Morocco, reporting to Sales Manager, FSAIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Size and selects best Emerson solution using proprietary sizing software or as per internationalstandardsProduce formal quotations for customers based on the best Emerson solution using price books or quotations f rom intercompany factories or 3rd party suppliersField general questions about PRM products and services.Follow-up with customers to ensure that the quote has been received, answer any technical/commercial clarifications, and identify when an order may be placed.Ensure resultant purchase orders are clean and in line with quotation and agreed terms and conditionsWork in a timely, accurate, and proactive manner with a focus on customer service levels (i.e. meeting bid submission deadlines and turnaround time metrics)Continue to enhance their knowledge of PRM products, applications and industries.Works collaboratively with the team as necessary and focuses on meeting monthly/yearly budget targetsSupports Price Agreement offer preparation as and when requiredAlways works within the PRM DOA and follows Emerson procedures (Ethics, ITC etc.)Adhere to Health, Safety & Environment policies as laid by the organization.Who You Are?Action OrientedCustomer focusFor This Role, You Will Need:Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Instrumentation)Must be f fluent in English2-3 years of experience in application engineering & quotation preparation for Pressure Regulators, Pressure Safety valves or Control Valve products.Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:2-4+ years of experience in application engineering & quotation preparation for Pressure Regulators or Control Valve products.Familiar with Major End users in MEA region, such as Aramco, ADNOC, QP, QG, Shell, BP, Exxon Mobil, KOC, KNPC, PDO, etc and their Standards & Specifications, will be an added advantage.Working experience with EPC Projects requirements.Speaking French & Arabic will be an added advantage.Our Culture & Commitment to YouAt Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
