- Manage daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to Moroccan accounting standards (CGNC).
- Prepare and submit local tax declarations (VAT/TVA, Corporate Tax/IS, Income Tax/IR) in compliance with Moroccan tax laws.
- Collaborate with management to prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and internal reports.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during annual audits.
- Gérer les opérations comptables quotidiennes (comptabilité générale, tiers, rapprochements bancaires).
- Participer à l'établissement des états de synthèse mensuels et annuels (Bilan, CPC) conformément au CGNC.
- Assurer la préparation et le dépôt des déclarations fiscales (TVA, IS, IR, acomptes) dans le respect de la réglementation marocaine.
- Collaborer à la préparation des budgets, des prévisions financières et des reportings internes.
- Assurer l'interface avec les commissaires aux comptes et les auditeurs externes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ENCG, FSJES, or equivalent).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in an international environment or a reputable accounting firm in Morocco.
- Strong knowledge of the Moroccan General Accounting Code (CGNC) and local tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Bac+3/5 en Comptabilité, Finance ou Gestion (ENCG, FSJES, ou équivalent).
- Expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans un environnement international ou en cabinet d'expertise comptable au Maroc.
- Maîtrise parfaite du Code Général de Normalisation Comptable (CGNC) et de la fiscalité marocaine.
- Maîtrise des logiciels de comptabilité (Sage, SAP, etc.) et d'Excel.
- Maîtrise courante du Français et de l'Anglais (à l'écrit comme à l'oral).
- Rigueur, sens de l'organisation et esprit d'analyse.
