• Identify and connect with angel investors, venture capital firms, family offices, and strategic funding partners.
• Develop and execute our fundraising strategy.
• Build relationships with investors interested in Deep Tech, Biotechnology, and scientific computing.
• Help prepare investor meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Establish long-term partnerships with research institutions and technology companies.
• Help shape BITMATIA's business strategy as we grow. Who Would Be a Good Fit
• Experience in startup fundraising, investor relations, or business development.
• An established professional network and the ability to reach relevant investors.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Interest in scientific innovation and emerging technologies.
• Willingness to take responsibility and build a company for the long term. Compensation & Partnership This is an equity-based co-founder opportunity. There is no salary available at this stage. The selected partner will receive a negotiated ownership stake in BITMATIA, subject to a formal agreement, vesting, and applicable legal requirements. This is a genuine long-term business partnership, not a commission-based fundraising position.
