About Hirschmann Automotive Hirschmann Automotive is a leading international developer and manufacturer of connector systems, sensors, cable harnesses and injection-moulded components for the automotive industry. Headquartered in Rankweil, Austria, we operate production sites in Morocco, Romania, Mexico, Germany, China, Germany and Czech Republic and are continuing to grow our global footprint. Purpose of the Role As part of our global HR Transformation, Hirschmann Automotive has implemented SAP SuccessFactors as its central HR platform. We are looking for a Global HR Systems & Digitalization Specialist to own, stabilise and continuously develop this platform across all countries. Based at our Kenitra plant and working with HR teams worldwide, you will be the functional and technical owner of our SuccessFactors landscape – running and stabilising the live modules (Employee Central and Learning) while actively participating in the implementation of the full SuccessFactors suite, from design through go-live and hypercare.

Key Responsibilities
1. SuccessFactors system ownership (run & maintain)
• Act as global functional owner and administrator of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and LMS.
• Maintain configuration: foundation objects, picklists, business rules, workflows, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), Position Management and People Profile.
• Handle 2nd-level support for HR users across all countries; triage, resolve or escalate tickets to SAP / implementation partner and track them to closure.
• Manage the half-yearly SAP release cycle: impact assessment, regression testing, activation of relevant features and user communication. 2. Data management & quality
• Own global HR master data standards and governance (org structure, job architecture, positions, cost centres, employee data).
• Run mass data loads and changes (Import Employee Data, Manage Data, Integration Center) with full documentation and controls.
• Establish recurring data-quality checks and audits; drive correction with local HR teams.
• Ensure compliance with data protection requirements in system design and access. 3. Integrations & interfaces
• Monitor and support interfaces between SuccessFactors and SAP HCM / payroll, time management and other connected systems.
• Coordinate with IT and external partners on interface errors, changes and new integrations (e.g. SAP Integration Suite / CPI, SFTP). 4. Reporting & analytics
• Build and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards (Story Reports / People Analytics) – headcount, turnover, absenteeism, training compliance, etc.
• Provide reliable, validated HR data to HR leadership, plant management and Finance. 5. Full-suite implementation (project)
• Actively participate in the implementation of the remaining SuccessFactors modules: Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession & Development.
• Act as internal functional lead in workshops with the implementation partner: gather requirements, align global vs. local process design and document design decisions.
• Ensure integration and consistency across modules (shared foundation data, permissions, job architecture, workflows).
• Write functional specifications and test scripts; prepare and run data migration; lead system integration testing and UAT with country HR teams.
• Support cut-over, go-live, hypercare and handover of each module into steady-state operations.
• Track project deliverables, risks and open points for your workstream and report status to the project lead. 6. HR digitalization & continuous improvement
• Contribute to the global HR digitalization roadmap and module rollout sequence across countries.
• Identify automation opportunities (workflows, business rules, AI-enabled tools) that reduce manual effort in the plants. 7. Enablement & stakeholder management
• Act as the central point of contact for local HR teams and key users in every country; build and lead a global key-user network.
• Create training material, user guides and process documentation; deliver trainings on-site and remotely in several languages.
• Manage external partners (SAP, implementation partner) on scope, quality and timelines.

Your Profile
Must-have
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central (configuration, not only end-user).
• Solid understanding of core HR processes (hire-to-retire, org management, time, payroll interfaces).
• Proven participation in at least one SuccessFactors implementation project (requirements, configuration, testing, go-live).
• Strong data

skills:
Excel (advanced), data loads, data validation and reporting.
• Fluent English (working language) and French; German is an advantage.
• Structured, analytical and quality-driven; able to work independently across countries and time zones. Nice-to-have
• SAP SuccessFactors certification (Employee Central, Learning or other modules).
• Hands-on experience with additional SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession, Time).
• Knowledge of SAP HCM (infotypes, payroll integration) and integration tools (Integration Center, CPI).
• Experience in a multinational manufacturing / automotive environment and with implementation or hypercare projects.
• Spanish language skills.

What We Offer
• A global role with high visibility, working directly with HR leadership and all international sites.
• Hands-on involvement in a full SuccessFactors suite implementation across four countries – shaping the design, not only running it.
• Training and certification opportunities in SAP SuccessFactors.
• International travel and collaboration.
