Administrative Officer

We Are Hiring | Administration Specialist Sunwoda / Sungiant Automotive Electronics Morocco is looking for an Administration Specialist to support and manage administrative activities related to our Tanger Free Zone (TFZ) operations and external authorities.

Location:
Tanger Free Zone (TFZ), Tangier, Morocco industry: Automotive Electronics / PCBA / BMS Main Responsibilities
• Manage daily administrative activities related to the company’s operations in TFZ.
• Coordinate with customs, local authorities, government institutions, and other external offices.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on administrative documents and requests.
• Handle administrative procedures with government institutions and external partners.
• Follow up on company licenses, authorizations, declarations, and official documents.
• Coordinate appointments, visits, inspections, and official communications.
• Maintain and organize administrative records and documentation.
• Support other departments with external administrative procedures when required.
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of administrative matters.
• Provide regular updates to management regarding ongoing administrative procedures. Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Administration, Management, Law, Economics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in company administration, TFZ, customs, or dealing with government authorities is highly appreciated.
• Good knowledge of Moroccan administrative procedures.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in French and English; Arabic is required. Chinese is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
