• Pro­vi­ding ins­truc­tions, gui­dance & sup­port to sub­or­di­na­tes
• Eva­lua­ting the per­for­mance of sub­or­di­na­te employees and moti­vat­ing them
• Pre­pa­ring and imple­men­ting vaca­ti­on plans
• Main­tai­ning con­fi­den­tia­li­ty of com­pa­ny infor­ma­ti­on and ensu­ring com­pli­ance
• Super­vi­sing employees‘ working con­di­ti­ons and ensu­ring com­pli­ance with appli­ca­ble labour regu­la­ti­ons
• Super­vi­sing and ensu­ring com­pli­ance with legal regu­la­ti­ons, occu­pa­tio­nal health and safe­ty (OHS), envi­ron­men­tal pro­tec­tion and fire pro­tec­tion requi­re­ments
• Repre­sen­ting the orga­niza­tio­nal unit intern­al­ly & extern­al­ly
• Mana­ging the depart­ment­al bud­get and opti­mi­zing cos­ts

• Plan­ning, coor­di­na­ting & super­vi­sing reno­va­ti­on, moder­niza­ti­on and infra­struc­tu­re impro­ve­ment pro­jects
• Ensu­ring time­ly exe­cu­ti­on of all sta­tu­to­ry inspec­tions, audits, cer­ti­fi­ca­ti­ons & legal com­pli­ance requi­re­ments
• Mana­ging faci­li­ty docu­men­ta­ti­on, per­mits & records
• Mana­ging the tech­ni­cal infra­struc­tu­re and uti­li­ty sys­tems of the site
• Super­vi­sing the ope­ra­ti­on and main­ten­an­ce of elec­tri­cal, HVAC, com­pres­sed air, water sup­p­ly, sewa­ge, hea­ting, ven­ti­la­ti­on & light­ing sys­tems
• Ensu­ring unin­ter­rupt­ed uti­li­ty and faci­li­ty ser­vices
• Moni­to­ring ener­gy, water and uti­li­ty con­sump­ti­on and imple­men­ting cost-saving mea­su­res
• Iden­ti­fy­ing and imple­men­ting sus­taina­bi­li­ty and ener­gy-effi­ci­en­cy initia­ti­ves
• Super­vi­sing main­ten­an­ce and repair acti­vi­ties rela­ted to buil­dings and tech­ni­cal instal­la­ti­ons
• Mana­ging faci­li­ty main­ten­an­ce acti­vi­ties and exter­nal ser­vice pro­vi­ders
• Plan­ning and super­vi­sing pre­ven­ti­ve and cor­rec­ti­ve main­ten­an­ce acti­vi­ties

• Moni­to­ring con­trac­tor per­for­mance and ensu­ring com­pli­ance with con­trac­tu­al and safe­ty requi­re­ments
• Sup­port­ing pro­cu­re­ment acti­vi­ties rela­ted to faci­li­ty ser­vices, tech­ni­cal equip­ment and infra­struc­tu­re pro­jects
• Ensu­ring cost-effec­ti­ve uti­liza­ti­on of resour­ces
• Ensu­ring safe, clean, and func­tion­al work­place con­di­ti­ons
• Coope­ra­ting with OHS, Secu­ri­ty, and Envi­ron­men­tal depart­ments to iden­ti­fy and eli­mi­na­te risks
• Sup­port­ing emer­gen­cy pre­pared­ness, evacua­ti­on plan­ning and busi­ness con­ti­nui­ty mea­su­res
• Ensu­ring com­pli­ance with envi­ron­men­tal regu­la­ti­ons and com­pa­ny stan­dards
• Super­vi­sing clea­ning ser­vices, was­te manage­ment acti­vi­ties and site appearance
• Ensu­ring appro­pria­te con­di­ti­ons in wel­fa­re faci­li­ties, chan­ging rooms, offices and com­mu­nal are­as
• Lea­ding faci­li­ty-rela­ted invest­ment, relo­ca­ti­on, expan­si­on and infra­struc­tu­re pro­jects
• Moni­to­ring pro­ject bud­gets, time­lines & deli­ver­a­bles
• Iden­ti­fy­ing impro­ve­ment oppor­tu­ni­ties and imple­men­ting best prac­ti­ces in faci­li­ty manage­ment
• Sup­port­ing digi­ta­liza­ti­on & auto­ma­ti­on initia­ti­ves within the faci­li­ty manage­ment area
• Super­vi­sing the imple­men­ta­ti­on & fol­low-up of cor­rec­ti­ve and pre­ven­ti­ve actions resul­ting from audits, inspec­tions, inci­dents, and com­plaints Your Pro­fi­le
• Uni­ver­si­ty degree in Faci­li­ty Manage­ment, Mecha­ni­cal Engi­nee­ring, Elec­tri­cal Engi­nee­ring, Buil­ding Ser­vices, Indus­tri­al Engi­nee­ring, Civil Engi­nee­ring, or a com­pa­ra­ble tech­ni­cal field
• At least 10 years of pro­fes­sio­nal expe­ri­ence in Faci­li­ty Manage­ment, Tech­ni­cal Infra­struc­tu­re, Main­ten­an­ce, Buil­ding Ser­vices, or a rela­ted area, inclu­ding at least 5 years in a lea­der­ship role
• Expe­ri­ence in a manu­fac­tu­ring and/or auto­mo­ti­ve envi­ron­ment
• Pro­ven expe­ri­ence mana­ging faci­li­ty-rela­ted pro­jects, capi­tal invest­ments, sup­pli­ers, con­trac­tors, and exter­nal ser­vice pro­vi­ders
• Qua­li­fi­ca­ti­ons in accordance with the cur­rent com­pe­ten­cy matrix for key posi­ti­ons
• Strong know­ledge of faci­li­ty manage­ment, tech­ni­cal buil­ding sys­tems, infra­struc­tu­re ope­ra­ti­ons, main­ten­an­ce manage­ment, and pre­ven­ti­ve main­ten­an­ce pro­grams
• Sound know­ledge of occu­pa­tio­nal health and safe­ty, envi­ron­men­tal, fire pro­tec­tion, and appli­ca­ble labour regu­la­ti­ons
• Expe­ri­ence in bud­get plan­ning, cost con­trol, resour­ce opti­miza­ti­on, and ener­gy manage­ment initia­ti­ves
• Pro­fi­ci­en­cy in MS Office appli­ca­ti­ons
• Elec­tri­cal qua­li­fi­ca­ti­ons and cer­ti­fi­ca­ti­ons are con­side­red an advan­ta­ge
