• Lead and mana­ge all ope­ra­tio­nal, stra­te­gic pro­duc­tion acti­vi­ties
• Ensu­re the achie­ve­ment of pro­duc­tion tar­gets rela­ted to qua­li­ty, cost, pro­duc­ti­vi­ty, deli­very per­for­mance and safe­ty
• Coach, deve­lop, sup­port Group Lea­ders incl. their teams
• Plan and mana­ge pro­duc­tion capa­ci­ty in line with cus­to­mer requi­re­ments and plant objec­ti­ves
• Moni­tor, ana­ly­ze, con­ti­nuous­ly impro­ve key pro­duc­tion KPIs
• Ensu­re the opti­mal uti­liza­ti­on of man­power, equip­ment, pro­duc­tion resour­ces
• Mana­ge the pro­duc­tion bud­get, iden­ti­fy oppor­tu­ni­ties for cost reduc­tion and ope­ra­tio­nal effi­ci­en­cy impro­ve­ments
• Dri­ve Lean Manu­fac­tu­ring, Kai­zen and Con­ti­nuous Impro­ve­ment initia­ti­ves across the pro­duc­tion orga­niza­ti­on
• Lead and sup­port pro­duc­ti­vi­ty, invest­ment, indus­tria­liza­ti­on, and pro­cess opti­miza­ti­on pro­jects
• Col­la­bo­ra­te clo­se­ly with Logi­stics, Qua­li­ty, Main­ten­an­ce, Engi­nee­ring, HR, Finan­ce to achie­ve ope­ra­tio­nal excel­lence
• Ensu­re com­pli­ance with all qua­li­ty, envi­ron­men­tal, health, safe­ty and com­pa­ny stan­dards
• Sup­port new pro­duct laun­ches, pro­duc­tion ramp-ups, orga­niza­tio­nal chan­ges and pro­cess impro­ve­ments
• Fos­ter a high-per­for­mance cul­tu­re focu­sed on accoun­ta­bi­li­ty, team­work and employee enga­ge­ment
• Main­tain con­s­truc­ti­ve rela­ti­onships with employees and employee repre­sen­ta­ti­ves
• Prepa­re and pre­sent regu­lar pro­duc­tion per­for­mance reports and ensu­re effec­ti­ve fol­low-up of action plans
• Mana­ge and resol­ve pro­duc­tion, qua­li­ty and deli­very escala­ti­ons in a time­ly man­ner Your Pro­fi­le
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Indus­tri­al Engi­nee­ring, Mecha­ni­cal Engi­nee­ring, Pro­duc­tion Engi­nee­ring, Manu­fac­tu­ring Engi­nee­ring, or a rela­ted tech­ni­cal field
• Mini­mum of 10 years of expe­ri­ence in a (ide­al: auto­mo­ti­ve) manu­fac­tu­ring / pro­duc­tion envi­ron­ment
• Mini­mum of 5 years of lea­der­ship expe­ri­ence in a com­pa­ra­ble pro­duc­tion manage­ment role
• Pro­ven expe­ri­ence mana­ging lar­ge pro­duc­tion orga­niza­ti­ons and lea­ding super­vi­sors / Group Lea­ders
• Expe­ri­ence in the auto­mo­ti­ve indus­try, ide­al­ly within wire harness or elec­tri­cal dis­tri­bu­ti­on sys­tems manu­fac­tu­ring
• Strong know­ledge of manu­fac­tu­ring ope­ra­ti­ons, pro­duc­tion sys­tems and Lean Manu­fac­tu­ring prin­ci­ples
• Solid expe­ri­ence in capa­ci­ty plan­ning, bud­ge­ting, cost manage­ment
• Cut­ting & Pre­fab Back­ground are con­side­red as a plus
• Strong under­stan­ding of qua­li­ty manage­ment sys­tems, auto­mo­ti­ve stan­dards
• Pro­ven track record in dri­ving ope­ra­tio­nal excel­lence and con­ti­nuous impro­ve­ment initia­ti­ves
• Expe­ri­ence lea­ding chan­ge manage­ment, trans­for­ma­ti­on, orga­niza­tio­nal deve­lo­p­ment pro­jects
• Strong ana­ly­ti­cal, stra­te­gic, pro­blem-sol­ving skills
• Results-dri­ven lea­der­ship style with excel­lent decis­i­on-making abili­ties
• Strong com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on and stake­hol­der manage­ment skills
• Abili­ty to work effec­tively in a cross-func­tion­al and inter­na­tio­nal envi­ron­ment
• Struc­tu­red, proac­ti­ve, solu­ti­on-ori­en­ted approach to work
• Flu­ent Eng­lish and French lan­guage skills
