About the Role
Are you passionate about the travel and hospitality industry? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where exceptional organization and attention to detail make seamless journeys possible? We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Reservation Agent to join our team. In this role, you will play a central part in managing bookings, coordinating with hotel partners and transport suppliers, and delivering reliable, high-quality execution for our clients and international trade partners.
Key Responsibilities
• Booking Management: Process and manage incoming B2B and B2C reservation requests for hotel accommodations, transfers, guided tours, and custom travel packages.
• Supplier Coordination: Maintain daily communication with local hotels, transport providers, and venue partners to secure availability, competitive rates, and timely confirmations.
• Data Accuracy: Enter and update booking details, payment tracking, and supplier manifests in our reservation system/CRM with high precision.
• Client & Partner Support: Respond promptly to partner inquiries, amendments, special requests, and rooming list updates.
• Operations Support: Collaborate closely with Sales and Project Managers to ensure smooth logistics and flawless trip execution from start to finish.
• Issue Resolution: Resolve booking conflicts, flight adjustments, or schedule changes efficiently to maintain guest and partner satisfaction. Requirements & Qualifications
•
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in reservations or operations within a DMC, travel agency, tour operator, or hospitality setting.
• Languages: Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is required; additional languages are a strong plus.
• Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in reservation software, and Microsoft Excel / Google Workspace tools.
• Key Strengths: Outstanding organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
• Customer Focus: A professional, solution-oriented approach when dealing with partners and vendors.
