Franchise partners receive exclusive rights to the Lingua Learn brand and services in their country, supported by a full launch package that includes an e-commerce website, CRM, staff training, and ongoing operational support. Partners also gain access to a global network of 300+ qualified teachers and a comprehensive suite of branded course materials, including certified language programs and corporate training. The model is designed to empower driven partners to build successful online language schools, backed by proven systems and continuous franchise support. Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Morocco Online Language School Franchise Partnership with Lingua Learn Franchise Group. The partner will be responsible for establishing and managing Lingua Learn’s online language school presence in Morocco, including local market development and brand positioning. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, overseeing local marketing and sales initiatives, coordinating with the Global Franchise Support Team, and ensuring high-quality delivery of online language courses. The role involves recruiting and supervising local staff where needed, monitoring performance metrics, and continuously optimizing operations to drive enrollment and revenue growth. The partner will also maintain strong communication with Lingua Learn headquarters to align local activities with global standards and strategies. Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Writing skills to engage learners, partners, and corporate clients effectively.
• Solid Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess market opportunities and guide business decisions.
• Experience in Training or education management, ideally within online learning or language instruction.
• Background in business development, franchise management, or entrepreneurship, preferably in the education or e-learning sector.
• Ability to work remotely with a high level of independence, accountability, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages, especially French and Arabic, are highly beneficial for the Moroccan market.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, CRM tools, and online customer acquisition strategies is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
