Social Media Specialist – Financial Markets

About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to manage, grow and engage online communities across Telegram, X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in financial markets, forex, trading, fintech or brokerage, along with a strong understanding of social media trends and online trading communities. Good conversational and written English is required for communicating with an international audience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow social media channels across Telegram, X, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn. Moderate Telegram communities and actively engage with traders. Create and publish engaging, platform-specific content. Monitor comments, messages, mentions and community discussions. Respond to queries professionally and escalate technical or account-related issues when required. Share approved market updates, educational content, webinars, seminars and campaigns. Monitor trading trends, competitor activity and community conversations to identify content opportunities. Identify and remove spam, scams, fake accounts and inappropriate content. Support social media campaigns, contests, launches and community initiatives. Track engagement, audience feedback and overall social media performance. Ensure all communication follows brand guidelines and applicable financial communication standards. Required Skills & Experience 1–3 years of experience in social media management, community management or a similar role. Hands-on experience with Telegram and X (Twitter) is mandatory. Experience managing Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn. Experience in forex, trading, financial markets, fintech or brokerage is highly preferred. Strong understanding of trading and financial-market terminology. Good conversational and written English is required. Strong communication and community engagement skills. Good understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms. Ability to manage multiple platforms in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have Experience managing trading/forex communities. Experience with X Spaces, Telegram bots and community tools. Basic Canva/content creation skills. Experience with social media analytics and reporting. Arabic, French or additional languages are an advantage. What We're Looking For Someone who understands that social media is more than simply posting content.
