Lingua Learn has strategically expanded through franchise agreements in regions identified as having strong growth potential. The company may offer exclusive franchise rights for Lingua Learn products and services within specific countries. Franchise partners receive comprehensive training and ongoing support from an established multinational organization. Role Description The Morocco Online Language School Franchise Partnership is a contract, remote role focused on establishing and managing a virtual language school under the Lingua Learn brand in Morocco. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing local operations, coordinating online language programs, and ensuring high-quality delivery of Lingua Learn products and services. The franchise partner will conduct market research, develop local marketing strategies, and build relationships with individual learners and corporate clients. The role also involves recruiting and supporting language trainers, monitoring learner satisfaction, and implementing company standards and processes. Ongoing collaboration with Lingua Learn’s central team is expected to align local activities with global franchise guidelines, training, and support. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with learners, corporate clients, trainers, and the central Lingua Learn team.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research abilities to assess market opportunities, track performance, and refine local strategies.
• Candidates should possess Writing skills to develop clear marketing materials, course descriptions, and professional correspondence.
• Candidates should possess Training skills or experience in education management to support language trainers and maintain instructional quality.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in franchise or business management, knowledge of the online education or language learning sector, proficiency in English and local languages, strong organizational and time-management skills, and reliable access to remote working tools and stable internet connectivity.
