🚀 WE’RE HIRING — MARKETING & CREATIVE STRATEGY INTERN 📍 Casablanca, Morocco | Chromatic Studio We’re looking for a creative, curious, and proactive Marketing Intern to join our growing design & marketing agency. We’re not looking for someone who simply follows instructions. We want someone who loves researching, discovering trends, coming up with fresh ideas, and understanding what makes great marketing work. 🎯 What You’ll Do🔍 Research & Strategy
• Research brands, competitors, industries, and market trends.
• Identify opportunities to improve our clients’ marketing.
• Develop creative content ideas for social media and advertising campaigns. 💡 Content & Creativity
• Brainstorm engaging concepts for reels, posts, and campaigns.
• Help build content calendars and creative briefs.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to bring ideas to life.
• Explore AI tools to enhance creativity and productivity. 🤝 Client Communication
• Participate in client meetings and brainstorming sessions.
• Help manage client requests, feedback, and deliverables.
• Gradually take ownership of client communication and project coordination. ⭐ BONUS: SALES SKILLS If you’re confident in communicating with people, identifying opportunities, and bringing in new clients, that’s a big plus 💰 Performance-based bonuses for successful client acquisition. 👀 Who We’re Looking For✅ Student or recent graduate in marketing, business, communications, or a related field. ✅ Naturally curious, creative, and resourceful. ✅ Strong research and analytical skills. ✅ Good understanding of social media and digital trends. ✅ Fluency in both French and English is mandatory (written and spoken). ✅ Organized, proactive, and eager to learn. ✅ Interest in AI and emerging creative tools is a plus. 🚀 Why Join Chromatic Studio?You’ll gain hands-on experience working with real brands, developing marketing strategies, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary creative team.
