- Casablanca 💼 Employment Type: Full-time 🚀 Join our creative team and help shape impactful digital experiences for leading global brands. We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Motion Designer with strong 2D and 3D capabilities to join an international creative team. In this role, you will conceptualize and produce engaging motion content for digital platforms, campaigns, social media, advertising, presentations, and brand communications. You will work closely with multidisciplinary creative teams to transform ideas into compelling visual experiences. Responsibilities
• Conceptualize and deliver high-quality 2D and 3D motion design projects
• Create animations, motion graphics, and visual storytelling concepts
• Produce 3D assets, including modelling, animation, lighting, and rendering
• Develop content for social media, websites, digital campaigns, advertisements, and presentations
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Copywriters, and Social Media teams
• Ensure consistency with brand identity and design guidelines
• Contribute to the development of motion design guidelines and best practices
• Stay informed about motion design trends, emerging technologies, and AI-driven creative solutions Required Skills and Experience
• Degree or professional qualification in Motion Design, Media Design, Animation, Art Direction, or a related field
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, including 32-bit compositing
• Strong working knowledge of Cinema 4D
• Experience with rendering engines such as Redshift and V-Ray
• Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Experience in compositing, rendering, and post-production workflows
• Strong understanding of timing, typography, storytelling, and visual communication
• Sound design experience would be an advantage What We Are Looking For
