Key Responsibilities
• Perform machine setup, startup, and shutdown activities for injection molding equipment.
• Install and remove molds according to production planning.
• Adjust machine parameters to ensure optimal process performance and product quality.
• Monitor production processes and respond to machine alarms or process deviations.
• Troubleshoot molding defects and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct first-piece inspections and support quality control activities.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and efficiency targets.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and support maintenance interventions.
• Record production data and process parameters accurately.
• Maintain workplace organization according to 5S standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations. Required
Qualifications:
• Technical Diploma in Plastics Processing, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in injection molding operations, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of injection molding machines, molds, and plastic materials.
• Ability to read technical drawings and process documentation.
• Experience in machine setup and process parameter adjustment.
• Basic knowledge of quality tools and problem-solving techniques.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Experience with automotive manufacturing standards.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles.
• Familiarity with robotic handling systems and automation.
• Basic English communication skills; French is an advantage.
