Production Supervisor

Nador Company: AEOLON AEOLON is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team. Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are achieved.
• Lead, coach, and motivate production operators to maximize performance.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery of manufacturing plans.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
• Analyze production performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and Planning departments to optimize operations.
• Prepare production reports and KPIs for management review.
• Resolve operational issues quickly to minimize downtime and improve efficiency. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial manufacturing experience, including at least 3 years as a Production Supervisor.
• Experience in a Chinese manufacturing company is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/MES systems.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Good command of English;
