FIRSTFINTECH is a financial technology company focused on developing and delivering innovative fintech solutions and digital financial services. The company aims to provide modern, secure, and scalable technology infrastructure that supports banks, financial institutions, payment providers, fintech companies, and enterprises in developing and expanding their digital financial activities. Job Responsibilities
- Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders to support business goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and agreed requirements.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
- Monitor project expenses and manage budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members.
- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.
- Take ownership of customer delivery, acceptance, and final sign-off upon project completion. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in project management.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
