key responsibilities

- To serve as the primary contact for customers, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns through phone, email, live chat and other communication channels.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM softwares.
- Perform routine daily tasks using ChatGPT or a similar tool to enhance efficiency and productivity. What we're looking for:
- Possess good computer skills and familiarity with standard software applications;
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian;
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for learning and growing in a customer service role;
- Prior customer service experience is advantageous;
- Proven familiarity and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and other technologies, demonstrating a capability to seamlessly integrate these into daily tasks. Shift:
- Rotational shifts of 8 hours a day between 7 AM until 8 PM, 5 days a week. Includes one working weekend per month. Mode:
- On-site in Rabat, Morocco. Remote is not possible.

Salary:

- Up to 6,400 MAD net base salary, plus up to 1,500 MAD net in bonuses. Your exact salary will be determined based on your experience, language fluency, and overall qualifications.
