Description du poste
The Test Support Planning Pilot role involves :
- Coordinating and optimizing the planning of vehicle testing activities
- Ensuring that each test is scheduled efficiently in alignment with the mission's objectives and client requirements
- Creation of detailed test plans for specific vehicle programs, followed by continuous monitoring and real time updates to adapt to evolving priorities, technical constraints, and resource availability.
- The PPOSE acts as a central point of contact between engineering teams, test centers, and clients, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and that the planning remains both realistic and flexible to meet program deadlines and quality expectations. Qualifications

Education:
Bac + 5 engineering

Experience:
3 to 5 years of experience.
- Core Competencies: Schedule and Project Management fundamentals
- Domain Knowledge: Automotive knowledge
- Communication: Clear, assertive, and regular communication with multiple stakeholders (test teams, engineers, project managers, clients) is key, but challenging—especially when managing disagreements or negotiating compromises.
- Adaptability: Frequent changes, urgent re-planning, and late-stage issues require emotional resilience, flexibility, and a calm approach under pressure to maintain planning coherence without burnout.
- Technical
Skills:
Even though the consultant is not executing the tests, a solid grasp of test typologies, vehicle architecture, and department procedures is critical to plan realistically and detect inconsistencies. Gaps in this technical knowledge can lead to errors or inefficiencies.
- Languages: English & French fluent (B2/C1)
