We are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to lead and coordinate our Distributor Onboarding Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of onboarding activities, maintaining high standards of data accuracy, and driving operational excellence across global distributor onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the day-to-day operations and performance of the Distributor Onboarding team, ensuring the timely and accurate execution of onboarding activities.
- Oversee the validation, tracking, and management of distributor data to ensure data quality and compliance with business requirements.
- Maintain end-to-end visibility of onboarding activities and monitor onboarding progress to ensure timely completion.
- Proactively identify onboarding risks, implement mitigation plans, and address potential issues before they impact customer or business outcomes.
- Coordinate operational support for Account Managers (DBM and P&E) and serve as a key point of contact for onboarding-related activities.
- Ensure team readiness by providing access to the necessary tools, systems, and resources required to perform effectively.
- Partner closely with project managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements, priorities, and timelines.
- Optimize resource allocation and workload distribution to maximize team productivity and operational efficiency.
- Drive issue resolution, provide guidance to team members, and ensure timely escalation of critical matters when needed.
- Adapt quickly to changing business priorities, resource constraints, and project demands.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders by providing updates on onboarding progress, team performance, and resource availability.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, including mandatory training completion, timecard submissions, and operational standards.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews to support employee development, monitor outcomes, and address performance gaps. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in team leadership, people management, or operational supervision.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, plan, and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional and global environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Cisco Systems, or Order Management platforms.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including routing and switching, IP addressing, subnetting, device configuration, and routing protocols.
- Background in Order Management, Supply Chain Operations, Customer Operations, or Service Delivery.
- Experience supporting onboarding, enablement, or operational transformation programs. Contract Type
- Fixed-Term Contract ( CDD ) for 10 months . Language Requirements (Mandatory)
- Professional fluency in English is mandatory.
- Candidates must also be fluent in French or German .
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to effectively collaborate with global stakeholders, lead meetings, manage escalations, and support distributor onboarding activities across multiple regions.
