We are looking for a Junior Digital Business Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of our business in the Moroccan market. This opportunity is aimed at candidates who are interested in sales, digital marketing and technology, and who want to develop their commercial skills in the digital industry. You don't need to be an expert in all digital services. We will provide training to help you better understand our solutions develop your sales skills. Your responsibilities
- Contact potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify prospects and understand their business needs.
- Present our digital services in a clear and convincing way.
- Recommend solutions based on each client's objectives.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Handle objections and negotiate with potential clients.
- Convert qualified prospects into customers.
- Maintain accurate information in the CRM.
- Work towards individual and team sales targets. Our digital solutions You will be introducing clients to solutions such as: SEO & GEO | Google Ads | Meta Ads | Website Development | Social Media Management | Branding | Content Creation | SaaS Solutions What we're looking for
- Bac+2 or higher in Business, Sales, Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field.
- A first experience in sales, telesales, call center or customer relations is required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with clients by phone.
- Interest in digital marketing and technology.
- Motivated by challenges and sales targets.
- Ability to listen, understand customer needs and present suitable solutions.
- Positive attitude, persistence and willingness to learn.
- Good level of French is required.
