yThe Plant Manager is responsible for leading all manufacturing operations within the facility, ensuring the achievement of operational, financial, quality, safety, and customer objectives. This role provides strategic and operational leadership across all plant functions while driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and employee development
.Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Plant Manager ensures efficient production, optimized resource utilization, regulatory compliance, and the successful execution of the company's growth strategy
