Job Description

In this position, your role is essential in upholding compliance with tax regulations and optimizing tax processes for employees on international assignments. This position is key in handling the tax consequences of global mobility and facilitating a smooth transition for employees across different countries. Your main objective is to reduce tax-related risks and costs while ensuring that both the organization and its employees adhere to relevant tax laws

• Accurately prepares, reviews, and files tax returns and related deliverables for globally mobile employees within designated deadlines.
• Offers specialized tax advice on assignment structures, leveraging tax treaties, and identifying tax-efficient benefits.
• Provides guidance on tax equalization and protection policies to employees, ensuring clear understanding and compliance.
• Analyzes employee compensation and payroll data to accurately calculate tax liabilities and identify potential benefits.
• Prepares supporting applications and documentation to optimize employees’ tax positions, including comprehensive data analysis and communication with assignees.
• Diligently maintains detailed tax records and documentation for accuracy and audit readiness.
• Stays informed on the latest developments in international tax laws and regulations.
• Conducts in-depth research on country-specific tax issues, particularly in areas where the organization operates.
• Compiles and presents tax reports to management, auditors, and tax authorities, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
• Oversees the financial management of tax engagements, including billing processes, collections, and tracking of metrics and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Business School preferred
• Fluent French and English is a must
• min. 3 years of relevant experience
