Key Account Manager
Join our team as a Key Account Manager and drive sales growth in Morocco for our FM Business. As a key member of our Sales & Marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering sales volumes and profitability through hunting and building new customer relationships, managing and growing sales to existing customers, and driving customer satisfaction.
About the Role- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve medium and short-term commercial results in volumes, margins, customer profitability, and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of new product introductions and sales commitments.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry developments, pricing, availability, quality, and new products/trends.
- Work closely with Customer Service to ensure timely delivery of goods and accurate accounts receivable.
- Manage resources, including budget, forecast, and expenses, to optimize sales performance.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product portfolio and customer needs to drive sales growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commercial, or Food Technology, or equivalent; Master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in a commercial B2B environment, preferably in a multinational company in the food industry or FMCG.
- Proven track record of hunting and building sales portfolios, with a strong understanding of working with large food manufacturers/industrials.
- Fluent in Business English; native language in a specific country is an added advantage.
- Strong IT skills in MS Office and Google Suite, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Solid understanding of account management, commercial acumen, and basic business finance.
