Arrow is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Casablanca, Morocco. As a key member of our EMEA HR Business Partner Agnostic team, you will provide HR consultation to Director-level and below clients for all business groups across Morocco.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with the business in all aspects of HR, including employee relations, talent acquisition, HR service centers, and management teams.
- Create new policies and procedures to support business objectives.
- Develop and implement compensation and performance metrics.
- Lead change management initiatives and talent management and development programs.
- Provide direction, guidance, and counseling to management teams on best practices, policies, and regulations.
- Contribute to the development of the Moroccan HR function and organization.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or related field.
- Minimum of seven years in an HR Generalist role or combination of HR Specialist and Generalist experience, preferably in an international environment.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in French, English, and Arabic.
- Exceptional action and customer service orientation.
- Solid knowledge of Moroccan employment law, regulations, and statutes.
