Poste localisé à Casablanca.
Au sein de la Direction Commerciale Bel Maroc, vous serez responsable d'un ou plusieurs client(s) clé(s), pour l'ensemble des produits qui lui sont vendus. Vous assurerez la coordination des services internes à l'entreprise dont il a besoin pour ses contrats (la logistique, la comptabilité, le marketing, etc.), contrôlerez l'application des conditions commerciales négociées et assurerez le recouvrement.Vous aurez pour missions principales :
Activités liées à la fonction commerciale :
- Construire et entretenir une relation commerciale privilégiée
- Négocier les conditions commerciales
- Coordonner les différentes parties prenantes (internes et externes).
- Suivre la performance (CA, PDM, DSO ...)
Activités marketing :
- Analyser l'environnement du compte ciblé
- Identifier les nouveaux besoins du client clé
- Elaborer le plan Trade spécifique au compte
- Déterminer le budget et la mise en place du plan
Profil recherché :
1) Niveau de formation minimum et/ou expérience professionnelle requise :
- Formation Bac+5 en école de commerce
- Expérience de 3 ans minimum au sein du même poste
2) Connaissances et compétences métiers (hard skills) :
- Technique de négociation
- Développement commercial
- Informatique : pack office.
- Langues : Français, Arabe, Anglais
