Business Development Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Expert to join our team in Rabat or Kénitra, Morocco. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and market trends to provide expert advice.
The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience, preferably in a similar industry, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in French is mandatory, while proficiency in other languages is a plus. We offer a competitive salary ranging from 250,000 to 350,000 MAD per annum, depending on experience, along with performance-based bonuses and opportunities for career growth and development.
