Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Process Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and delivering business solutions that drive efficiency, productivity, and growth.

Your primary focus will be on process standardization, simplification, and digital transformation. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third parties to identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Define and prioritize initiatives and develop roadmaps with business stakeholders
  • Collect business requirements, define scope, and allocate necessary resources
  • Analyze solutions through the RFP process and provide recommendations
  • SUPPORT project teams in carrying out day-to-day tasks and complying with the roadmap
  • Ensure smooth execution and success of projects
  • Manage project planning
  • Anticipate and manage technical and operational risks
  • Solve operational and technical problems

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Masters degree in engineering or computer science, or equivalent experience with 5 years of minimum experience in similar positions
  • Experience in managing global applications for multiple business streams and geographically distributed teams
  • Mastered principles of project management
  • Ability in stakeholder management and communication
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable in the face of changing organizational priorities and ambiguous environments
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Capable of producing high-quality written documentation and communication materials
  • Fluency in English and French
