Human Resources Administrator Lead

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Administrator to join our team in Casablanca.

This role will involve a variety of HR duties, including personnel management, payroll administration, and day-to-day support for all team members.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human resources principles and practices, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee files and records
  • Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process
  • Handle employment office relations and social security matters
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources
  • Full proficiency in English
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
