Job Title",pWe are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as a HR Admin Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to all team members, organizing and maintaining files and records, managing employee health insurance files and reimbursement, ensuring employee personnel information and records are up to date, handling onboarding, offboarding & termination process, handling employment office relations, social security, and employees inquiries and complains, handling foreigners work permit process (new hires and renewal), maintaining employees time off records and requests through the HRIS system in different regions, ensuring compliance and understanding local labor law affecting human resources, and payroll, including but not limited to time off, medical leave, safety, and immigration process, processing payroll in timely manner, participating in recognition, morale building and office involvement activities, and effectively communicating information, change, update, and responding to questions in person, in small group or through video conference with the employees, vendors and other partners.",pThe ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business administration or any relevant field; additional education in Human Resources Management will be a plus. A minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience is required. Full proficiency in English Additional languages are a plus.
