Administrative HR Lead

The primary purpose of this role is to provide professional support for the organization's human resources operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate and implement effective administrative practices across various departments.
    • Manage employee records, files, and documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
    • Develop, maintain, and improve operational processes to enhance organizational efficiency.
    • Provide administrative assistance to employees, including scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements.
    • Collaborate with the global HR manager and CHCO to ensure seamless execution of HR initiatives.
    • Conduct thorough research on local labor laws, regulations, and employment best practices to inform HR strategies.
    • Develop and deliver high-quality training sessions for employees on HR-related topics.
  • Requirements:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Masters degree in human resources or a related field.
    • Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR.
    • Fluency in multiple languages.
