The primary purpose of this role is to provide professional support for the organization's human resources operations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement effective administrative practices across various departments.
- Manage employee records, files, and documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop, maintain, and improve operational processes to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Provide administrative assistance to employees, including scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Collaborate with the global HR manager and CHCO to ensure seamless execution of HR initiatives.
- Conduct thorough research on local labor laws, regulations, and employment best practices to inform HR strategies.
- Develop and deliver high-quality training sessions for employees on HR-related topics.
- Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree in human resources or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR.
