Distribution Center Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee inventory and IT system functions in our distribution center. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and be able to drive inventory accuracy and quality assurance. Additionally, this role requires experience with WMS and SAP systems, as well as strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Oversee WMS system software and hardware maintenance. Provide training on WMS and SAP systems to team members. Supervise the management of computer equipment and lead system enhancements. Participate in user testing and define parameters for WMS system implementation. Coordinate annual inventory preparation and execution. Resolve problem freight issues and generate weekly reports on shrink and quality assurance. Ensure regulatory compliance and conduct audits for receiving, put to club, tiers, OS&D, and shrink. Lead the OS&D team and direct the recouping and repackaging of damaged merchandise. Maintain safety protocols for handling damaged and recalled merchandise. Investigate discrepancies between WMS and SAP and provide supporting documentation to explain any variances. Develop and maintain all DC policies and procedures.
