Nous recherchons un spécialiste en ressources humaines passionné par le monde des RH, capable de prendre en charge plusieurs missions clés. Vous travaillerez étroitement avec notre équipe pour mettre en place des stratégies RH efficaces et contribuer à la croissance de l'entreprise.

Missions principales
  • Recrutement et intégration : vous serez chargé d'identifier les candidats idéaux et de leur proposer un processus d'intégration accueillant.
  • Contrôle de gestion RH : vous analysez les données pour identifier les tendances et faire des recommandations pour améliorer les performances RH.
  • Formation et développement : vous concevez et mettez en œuvre des programmes de formation pour aider les collaborateurs à atteindre leurs objectifs professionnels.
  • SIRH (SAP SuccessFactors) : vous gérez les outils SIRH pour faciliter l'attribution de tâches, la supervision et l'évaluation des performances.
Compétences requises
  • Diplôme en RH ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Bonne maîtrise des logiciels bureautiques (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais.
  • Intérêt pour les solutions digitales et les outils collaboratifs.
  • Curiosité, rigueur, esprit d'initiative et sens du travail en équipe.
