Chief Flour Production Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Factory Operations Director to lead our food production operations in Cairo, Egypt.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in flour production and excellent management skills to oversee the day-to-day operations of our factories and ensure high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
• Oversee production targets, quality standards, and health and safety regulations.
• Manage a team of factory managers and employees, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure production meets market demands.
• Monitor and control production budgets and expenses.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food industry.
• Strong background in flour production is essential.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple factories and achieving production targets.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
