**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Factory Operations Director to lead our food production operations in Cairo, Egypt.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in flour production and excellent management skills to oversee the day-to-day operations of our factories and ensure high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
- Oversee production targets, quality standards, and health and safety regulations.
- Manage a team of factory managers and employees, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure production meets market demands.
- Monitor and control production budgets and expenses.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong background in flour production is essential.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple factories and achieving production targets.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
