General missions - R

The general mission of the production controller is to ensure that the products delivered conform to customer requirements. Their responsibility is to carry out all the checks required by the manufacturing instructions, during or at the end of production, or before and upon the return of subcontracted parts.

In the manufacturing instructions, he must open a BNC (Non-Conformity Note) to report the deviation.

Responsabilit s

  • Perform quality checks on parts and products according to predefined criteria.
  • Using CMM machines for precise measurements, including programming the machines for specific operations.
  • Manipulating 3D scanners for product digitization and analysis.
  • Analyze the results of the measurements and write control reports.
  • Manage the monitoring and analysis of compliance control data (de facto management).

Required skills:

  • Significant experience in the use of CMMs, including programming, and 3D scanners.
  • Mastery of associated quality control software.
  • In-depth knowledge of reading mechanical drawings.
  • Experience in aeronautics or automotive in a quality control position.
  • Knowledge of quality tools (e.g., inspection plans, statistical tools, etc.).
  • Good command of French and English, both spoken and written.

Search profile:

  • Degree in metrology, mechanical engineering, physical measurement or related field.
