About the Role

This role is open for fresh graduates graduated in the past 2 years
,as Logistics Management Engineer will take charge of process management, technology management, and production capabilities improvement for the PTO business of Huawei Morocco Hub located in Tangier Med Hub.

Responsibilities

  • Take charge of the process management, technology management, and production capabilities improvement for the PTO business.
  • Optimize the operation efficiency and cost by continuously improving the onsite layout, operation process, criterion process, operation guide, operation IT system tools, tooling, and automation.
  • Support the service level and efficiency improvement of order fulfillment.
  • Plan the process technology and operation capabilities based on the development requirements of the PTO distribution processing business.
  • Participate in PTO product introduction activities and achieve processing parameter and criterion (e.g. QCP, SIP, SOP, BOP).
  • Plan the production line, work station, and production resources for the site.
  • Provide training and enablement for qualified personnel and technicians.
  • Take charge of TQM overall quality management and security compliance management planning and business execution.
  • Coordinate with related departments to handle abnormal quality issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in logistics, process engineering, and quality management , and graduated in past 2 years or will graduate in the current year.

Required Skills

  • Experience in logistics warehousing and circulation processing is preferred.
  • Enthusiastic, logically clean, able to quickly capture key points, and good at expressing.
  • Result-oriented, teamwork-conscious, and open communication.
  • Willing to work in the logistics site, able to proactively think about and identify business improvement opportunities.
  • Good customer service awareness and multi-task management ability.
  • can use french and english as a working language.

Pay range and compensation package
