Quality Assurance Supervisor

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Supervisor to ensure consistent product quality and lead our QA systems and laboratory operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES- Ensure products meet specifications.
- Supervise daily lab activities and ensure optimal performance.
- Guide operators and technicians in applying quality standards and procedures.
- Report malfunctions to production for immediate corrective action.
- Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and documentation in QPM.
- Implement and maintain BRC, ISO 9001, and FSC certification systems.
- Collect and analyze quality data to drive proactive improvements.
- Ensure health and safety standards are respected.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or master's in quality, Food Science, Industrial Engineering, or similar
- Strong knowledge of QA systems and certification standards.
- Experience in laboratory or production quality environments.
- Good communication skills; English proficiency required.
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and committed to quality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
