premier Growth Marketer senior
– une personne capable de :
- Imaginer et exécuter une
stratégie de lancement à grande échelle
. - Générer rapidement des
milliers d'utilisateurs actifs et payants
. - Construire et encadrer une petite
équipe de stagiaires (CM, créa, contenu)
pour amplifier la croissance. - Poser les bases d'un département marketing qui deviendra demain
un vrai pôle structuré
.
Votre profil
- Vous avez déjà fait
grandir une marque, une communauté ou un produit
(références concrètes exigées). - Vous maîtrisez
Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Analytics
et tout ce qui permet de scaler vite et bien. - Vous avez l'âme d'un
entrepreneur
: autonome, créatif et orienté résultats. - Vous voulez un rôle où vos décisions ont
un impact direct
.
