With strong expertise in leather processing, customized component wrapping, and the application of sustainable materials, the company continues to drive innovation within the automotive sector. It also leverages advanced technologies—such as AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) projects—to enhance production efficiency. Beyond the automotive field, the company is expanding its capabilities into other industries, applying its materials and manufacturing know-how to broader markets.
Position Overview
The Technical Sales Engineer will play a key role in managing customer relationships, providing technical and commercial support, and ensuring the profitability and successful execution of projects. This role requires solid industry knowledge, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to collaborate across multiple internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow customer accounts within the automotive sector.
Identify customer needs and deliver technically sound and cost-effective solutions.
Prepare and negotiate commercial offers, analyze cost structures, and ensure project profitability.
Track project milestones and ensure alignment with customer expectations throughout the development cycle.
Collaborate with internal engineering, quality, production, and purchasing teams to maintain technical and commercial consistency.
Work with customer-specific applications such as A-DCP, Scopp, E.RFO, Doc Info, and follow related processes.
Prepare clear and professional technical and commercial presentations.
Conduct technology and market monitoring to understand customer challenges and sector trends.
Use Excel spreadsheets and SAP for data analysis and reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements
Master's degree (Bac +5) in Business (Sales), Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
5–6 years of experience in the automotive plastics industry.
Broad knowledge of key products and industrial processes in the plastics sector.
Strong understanding of cost structures, profitability indicators, and basic financial analysis.
Solid knowledge of project milestones and expectations at each development phase.
Proficiency with customer applications: A-DCP, Scopp, E.RFO, Doc Info, etc.
Advanced skills in Excel, SAP, and PowerPoint.
Good understanding of the automotive sector and current technological developments.
Fluent in English (B2 level or above).
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Customer-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
