Delivery Manager IT
expérimenté, capable de piloter des projets digitaux et technologiques à forte valeur ajoutée.

Localisation :
Rabat

Expérience requise :
minimum 10 ans dans la gestion de projets IT

Langues :
Français et Anglais professionnels

Missions principales

  • Piloter la delivery de projets IT (web, mobile, digital, cloud, infrastructure, software).
  • Définir les plans de projet, structurer les équipes techniques et assurer le suivi opérationnel.
  • Gérer le budget, les délais, la qualité, la gestion des risques et les indicateurs de performance.
  • Coordonner avec les équipes internes (techniques, fonctionnelles, dev) et externes (clients, fournisseurs).
  • Préparer et animer les comités de pilotage et reporting pour la direction.
  • Assurer la satisfaction client et contribuer à la fidélisation.
  • Optimiser la performance delivery (processus, outils, KPI) et contribuer à l'amélioration continue.

Profil recherché

  • Diplôme Bac+5 (ingénieur informatique ou équivalent).
  • Minimum 10 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets IT / delivery management.
  • Solide expertise en méthodologies projet (Agile, Scrum, Prince2, PMP…).
  • Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet (Jira, MS Project, Confluence, …).
  • Capacité à coordonner des équipes multi-technologies (développement web/mobile, architecture, infrastructure).
  • Sens du leadership, gestion des priorités et forte orientation client.
